TO THE MANAGING DIRECTOR
Dear Sir,
I am Rev. Dr. Frank Williams, Director of the ATM Processing Unit, United Bank, the bank appointed to handle this payment process under the supervision of United Nations member representatives led by President Mulatu Teshome of Ethiopia.
Due to the increasing level of fraud in some African countries—where innocent beneficiaries have been asked to pay fees in advance before receiving funds owed to them—the East Africa Union held meetings in Uganda and Kenya and resolved that all beneficiaries would now be paid in ATM visa card through a diplomatic courier service.
We received your file from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) as one of the approved beneficiaries.
Please note that if anyone contacts you claiming to pay you through bank draft, telegraphic transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram,, do not respond. Because of fraudulent activities, international banks no longer honor certain remittance instructions. For this reason, payment will be made strictly in ATM via courier Service.
Your ATM will be package and delivered through a diplomatic courier service for immediate shipment. For security reasons, the key to the box will be sent to you separately via DHL courier to prevent any interference with the contents and this is for those who has not yet receive their fund.
Kindly forward your home address and direct phone number to facilitate prompt delivery, as time is of the essence. All necessary documents will be sent to you once we receive confirmation. Contact me through this email: ubabankwiresection@gmail.com
Thank you for your attention.
Rev. Dr. Frank Williams
Director, ATM Processing Unit
