Dear Honorable Beneficiary,

My name is Bob Woodgate, and I currently serve as the Head of Treasury Board Members and Director at ABC Bank, overseeing financial operations across Asia, Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States. With decades of experience in apex financial institutions—including my tenure as Head of Treasury & Global Markets at Gulf Bank—I bring this matter to your urgent attention.

Your compensation grant funds totaling $4,153,299.87 US Dollar authorized under the United Nations Law on Restitution and Compensation for Victims of Crime and Abuse of Power, were successfully recovered from Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) prior to its collapse on March 10th, 2023. These funds have since been referred to the EMEA Capital Investment Group Bank (ECIGB) in the United Kingdom for processing and disbursement.

However, a recent development requires your immediate attention:An individual identified as Mr. Terry Allan Yang has contacted us, claiming to be your client. He has further informed us that you are deceased and has instructed our office to authorize the release of these funds to his overseas bank account.

Given the sensitivity and seriousness of this matter, I am writing to formally verify the authenticity of this information. If you are alive and in a position to respond, I kindly urge you to contact me at your earliest convenience to confirm your status and safeguard your legal entitlements.

You may reach me directly via email at: bobwoodgate2@gmail.com

Please treat this matter with urgency and confidentiality.

Yours Sincerely,

Bob Woodgate
Head of Treasury Board Members & Director ABC Bank – Asia | Europe | UK | USA
