Truly overwhelmed by a hard pressing situation that has befallen me , I had no choice in my present predicament than to contact you for your sincere help and assistance .

Owing to the mode of deposit , the private storage facility is not aware that the true content of the sealed consignment box contains spendale US Dollars amounting to the sum of Forteen Million , Eight Hundred Thousand ( $ 14, 800,000.00 ) US Dollars .
As long as the sealed consignment box was deposited as " Family Valuables " they are of the notion that the contents of the box are expensive, precious , personal valuable belongings , with an estimated worth and value of Forteen Million , Eight Hundred Thousand ( $ 14, 800,000.00 ) US Dollars .
The documents covering the transaction of the deposited sealed consignment box with the private storage facility in London UK are with me and I can make them available for your perusal when necessary , as we proceed in this respect .
I have contacted the private storage facility in London UK concerning this issue and it
was there my attention was drawn to an Irrevocable Contract agreement entered into , by the private storage facility in London UK and my late father as at the time of deposit .
The Irrevocable Contract agreement states that , at the death of the original depositor, the sealed consignment box can only be delivered to a foreign beneficiary chosen by the Next of Kin .
After the death of my parents , I no longer see the need of stating any more in Africa . I want to travel overseas and continue life over there .
Therefore , in my quest to get a true , genuine and reliable beneficiary , I was introduced to Mr. Steve Williams who lives in Fulton County in Atlanta, Georgia, USA .
Mr. Steve Williams was a very good man , a fatherly figure with a heart of gold who was truly prepared and ready to help and assist me out of my
predicament .
I introduced him to the private storage facility in London UK as my chosen beneficiary and all delivery and clearance processes were made known to him , which he agreed to execute .
My beneficiary Mr.Steve Williams and the private storage facility in London UK agrees that the delivery , insurance and outstanding demurrage charges would be paid by my beneficiary to the private storage facility , as soon as the assigned delivery officer of the private storage facility arrives in Atlanta, Georgia, in the United States of America with the sealed consignment box .
On the arrival of the assigned delivery officer of the private storage facility with the sealed consignment box on the day of delivery in Atlanta, Georgia, in the United States of America , he called my beneficiary but the line was not picked immediately .
After calling several times to get someone on the line , the phone was eventually picked up by a relative of my beneficiary .
It was quite unfortunate and so sad when the relative of my beneficiary confirmed that he died of Covid -19 in the month of September 2021 , three days before the arrival of the delivery officer .
As I am writing to you now , the sealed consignment box is still in Atlanta, Georgia, in the United States of America where it has been deposited for safe-keeping by the assigned delivery officer in a private vault .
The reason I decided to contact you in this respect is that I want you to be my foreign beneficiary to help and assist me in clearing and receiving the sealed consignment box from Atlanta, Georgia, in the United States of America , by contacting the delivery officer as my new chosen beneficiary .
I am ready to part with 40% of the total content of sealed consignment as your share for your help and assistance , while 60 % will be for me .
