Be informed, we will be interested to fund your project 100% as a straight/soft loan of between $5 Million USD to $5 Billion USD with funding terms (loan funding terms as loan interest rate at 2-3% for duration of 10 years term – 5 years minimum, 2 years grace period (moratorium) for 1st payment start) against an Insurance surety bond as our accepted preferred collateral for the loan.
Kindly furnish me with the following information for presentation to the investor for consideration
(a) How much funding or loan are you looking for?
(b) What kind of collateral do you have for the loan?
(c) Full details of the project you want to execute with the loan. (Business proposal)
Our funding procedure is one of the simplest you could ever think of because we're making funds accessible and easier for borrowers seeking for funding at affordable rate within few days.
I am looking forward to working with you and to develop a fruitful collaboration together.
