Subject: Re: Surety Bond on Loan Ref: ASIF-7GB/G8133/2020

Hello,

Good morning and thank you for the mail.

We appreciate your suggestions, even as we are committed to make the
loan process simple for you.

1) This is UAE and the government is clear on the process of obtaining
loan.If you do not posses a property here in UAE,you are required to
raise a surety bond. There is no shortcut. An express surety is the only
solution, but you can plan the payment structure as might be accepted
by the UAE Based insurance company. No third party guarantees are
accepted.Please understand.

2) Your Loan request has been approved in principle and until all
modalities(UAE DDD PROCESS) is complete, the loan amount remains
inaccessible.Such deductions as requested are not granted.Your local
insurer should know better,as premium must be paid by the borrower.
Make arrangement to complete the surety process.

We understand this require huge commitment(financially) and
decision, but we assure you of a good business relationship which will
help your business and projects.

We hope to hear favorably from you, knowing that this process is being delayed.

Thanking you.

Yours Faithfully,

Mr. Idris Abbas
