Following is an email that this scammer sent to another scammer. It is written in the Nigerian Igbo Pidgin English language and/or a style/dialect of English typically used by Nigerian scammers. Thus, it is very likely that this scammer is a Nigerian person:

I must say that you come across as a humble person and wish to encourage you to keep it up. Talking about iTunes gift cards, how do you want us to go about it? I paid for one sometime ago but couldn't use it because I don't have an iphone. However I sold it to one guy who gave me almost the equivalent in cash. I am open to hear your thoughts. Of course I have whatsapp but for now I prefer email until I understand and get to know you.
