Here is our loan terms below. This's the information on the file, Please you will need to open the files because we will send more document to start the loan process if you are interested.

Our loan terms: 1 year to 25 years
Loan minimum: $100k
Loan maximum: $250million
Interest rate: 5%
No prepayment penalty
Loan down payment:2%

We do charge Down payment of 2% is required for the loan Origination fee which are loan application fees and underwriting fee, which need to be pay down before loan can be disburse after all the paperwork have been sign.It's mandatory.
