Dear Sir
I hope this email will be humbled and accepted by you. I am pleased to inform you that I am working with investors who will be willing to fund your project from inception to completion.
Note that these investors do not require any administrative fees or insurance fees, as the project itself will serve as collateral for the loan. This structure is designed to support genuine, well-structured projects and serious project sponsors.
To proceed further, kindly submit your detailed project plan for review. This is required solely to confirm your seriousness and to establish that you are genuinely seeking project funding. As a matter of professional policy, I engage only with serious clients and do not entertain time wasters.
Should you be willing and prepared to proceed under this framework, I look forward to receiving your project plan at your earliest convenience. If, however, you are not willing to proceed, you may kindly disregard this email.
Thank you for your understanding.
Yours sincerely,
Fahri Bayar
