Hello dear,
Thanks for your response.
About me, I am Lilianna Bill Donald, a citizen of the United States of America. but now on peace keeping mission here in Libya, as a result of my profession in serving the world united nation, Am a United State Army Officer, I grew up as an Orphan at the Kentucky Baptist Children's
Homes, I am 29 years old, single and never married before, I have
attached my photos to you.
I have served in the army for 5 years and my mission here in Libya will end in 6 months. So I have only 6 months to spend here in Libya.
I work as a nurse, I help to take care of wounded soldiers and sometimes I help at the Military monitoring Unit or section.
Please dear I need someone to trust, someone that will not betray me. I hate lies. I need you to be kind and honest to me and with that I will do anything to make you happy.
As regards to what I want to tell you, my colleagues and I did business here. It is a successful crude oil business that gave us a lot of money and we have shared the money among ourselves and I got $4.56 million dollars (four million, five hundred and fifty sixty thousand US dollars) as my own share. We don't want our commander to know about it because he may tell the military management and we will get into trouble because it is against the rules and regulations of the military for an officer to do any business when on a mission or duty aside from the United states.
I chose to contact you after my prayer and I believe you will not betray my trust and will not frustrate my dream. I need your assistance to free up my own share of the money outside this country (Libya) to your country to keep it safe in my name until I come to your country after my official duty here.
I have also decided to compensate you with 25% of the money once after the money is delivered to you. I will use the remaining money to invest in your country. I know you may wonder why I quickly exposed myself to you without a formal introduction. Well, I'll say that my mind convinced me that you can help me get and invest in the fund.
Note: I do not know how long we're going to stay here and my fate since then I survived two attacks here, which caused me to search for a reliable person to help me get and invest the fund that I will come to your country to invest and start a new life, not as a soldier anymore.
.
I want to let you know that I have made good arrangements with the Courier delivery company and the company has promised to move the money as a family parcel through a diplomatic method to your house. This shipping is going to be handled legally by the shipping company and there will be no risk involved in the process and the money is packed in a suitcase which will be delivered safely to you in your country and directly to your doorstep by the delivery company.
One appeal I will make to you is not to discuss this matter with a third party ( please keep it secret) to prevent any leakage of this information and so that it will not cause me problems here. Please if you do not want to be a party to this business, delete this letter from your e - mail box to prevent any leakage of the information and it will be dangerous to me here.
I hope my explanation is very clear, but if you need more explanations just let me know. I want to inform you that here in the Military war camp. We are using only radio messages and military devices which only support a few internet programs and it does not support voice and video calls, so please let us continue to communicate via chat and preferably through email for this period of time.
I wish you could send me an answer right away, your urgent answer will be highly appreciated.
I am waiting to receive your acceptable reply as soon as you read this letter. Thank you so much for your understanding. remain blessed.
Regards,
Sgt. Lilianna Bill Donald.
