Like I said, I am currently in Syria, with the American Red Cross based on US military intervention, I am among the of eight men Tender Board Committee in charge of awarding contracts and approving Turn Around Maintenance (TAM) payments for the two (2) main projects in the country of Syria.

During this program last year, the contract was awarded to the Red Cross and the Society were duly paid for the contract executed and completed under this project. The original value of these contracts was deliberately overcharged by an amount of US $8Millions which was approved, However, the company that actually performed the aforementioned contract was paid in full and the projects officially put into operation.

Hello

I am willing to introduce you as the beneficiary who will receive my personal effects, so that the Red Cross diplomats will deliver the box to your address by diplomatic means, Needless to say, the trust placed in you at this point is enormous. In return, I agreed to offer you 30% of the total sum, then you will be mandated to return the balance to me in due time, I mean after my mission here in Syria.

However, you should understand that this transaction is subject to the following terms and conditions, My conviction of your honesty and transparent diligence, that you will grant this transaction with the greatest confidentiality and the greatest secrecy, And my assurance that your role will be completely risk-free. To give this delivery the legality it deserves, and for the mutual security of funds, all procedures will be handled legally and I will obtain the non-inspection sticker from the customs for the safe delivery of the box.

Please speed up the immediate action as I am well overdue to allow me to include this delivery in the first batch of the diplomatic delivery, If you can really handle this please let me know.

Best Regards

Dr. Sandra Champs.
