Firstly, I wish to introduce myself as Lt. Col.Abud Qanbar., Iraqi
soldier. Please I am not an English country so take it as you see my
letter, I am a commanding operation officer in the recent ground
troop’s battle on ISIS which we are still battling until now, am
senior national army service personnel in my country Iraq. I want to
use this moment of my life to request your audience because am in
desperate moment in need of assistance from true citizen and hope you
be as I'm requesting/proposing you for OK.

I need a honest and a sincere minded man or woman to assist me on this
project to be carried out successfully and a very capable fellow
financially well to do and equipped. I want to work collaboratively
with you also for this proposition which is proposing to you because
of the country relationship with my country and your contribution in
the past and present times for our goodness which had urged me with
great pleasure to want use an Americana for the venture like you
respectively. And want you to kindly help me achieve my goal for that
reason your employment to work with me referred to your assistance.
During the earlier US led airstrikes against ISIS here in my country,
as at time of the airstrike raiding we were deployed to the area on a
special operational trip to the Sanjay mountain region in the desert
area to assist trapped and stranded citizens whom were fleeing trouble
area to the city.

I personal self and two of my team members found big amount of $USD in
many millions sum which will be tell to you later the actual figure
amount involved in your reply to me, and tell me after how much you
will take from the money to help us keep it until the war is over.
This money in question found during the desert patrol operation is
believed to be possessed by the ISIS who suspected fleeing away for
their lives and abandoned the box of money or have died during US
airstrikes raid. This is my story the money is made from illegal oil
sales by the ISIS, kindly help am desperate for your assistance to me
to remove the money away from my country before we lose it.

I will like to hear from you after reading please email only no
telephone talking it is military secret.. I beg you please do not make
this proposal news to public should in case you have any reason to say
NO to it, many have been killed shut and wounded and many are dead
along fighting for justice and peace of our land for our people. I
have taken this as opportunity and mighty challenge to back on my life
because nothing is worth more than my life and the risk taken everyday
and night. I will be grateful to see your heartily assistance email
response for me. There is nothing to be afraid of will be delivered to
