Thank you for responding to my message. I apologize to have encroached into your privacy in this manner. I got your contact from a directory on the Internet here in Afghanistan. I pray at this time that, your E-mail contact address is still valid and that you read this letter in peace.

I propose that you join me on a profitable venture that will benefit both of us. My intentions are good. I mean no harm to you. Obviously, you do not know me in person and I will respect whatever decision you take on this proposal.

First, I want you to know me: My names are Carol Tschida. I am a Ranked Colonel officer with the United States Army. I was born in Wales into a military oriented family. I lost both my lovely parents to a ghastly auto accident when I was 12 years old. (The story was all over news channels) I was raised by my adopted parents whom also didn’t have children of their own.
But’ the worse turned on me when they died years ago. Being a marine student’ the relatives of my adopted parents threw me out of the family that I wasn’t their daughter. I struggled to survive the reality of life in Lakes Wales, Florida before I fully enrolled in the force. Presently; I am a colonel with Expeditionary Contracting Command - Afghanistan, Post Brigade Commander at 414th Contracting Support Brigade, Student - Air War College at US Army, G5 at ECC, J3 at C-JTSCC, Battalion. I studied at Webster University, University of West Florida. I am presently serving my country in Ghazni, Afghanistan.
I am seeking your assistance to evacuate the sum of $10,900,000.00 (Ten Million, Nine Hundred Thousand U.S Dollars) to be kept safe in your care until I have the opportunity to return.

You may be wondering why I choose to confide in a total stranger (You) on a delicate proposal as this. I want you to understand that; this is the best I can do in my present situation. I would have trusted this deal in the hands of my Husband. He was my closest confidant. But I lost him to cancer on 20th June, 2016 (19 months after we got married). So’ I decided to work with a neutral person for the fact that myself and other officers has agreed to keep it very confidential. If we can establish some trust. So that; this little secret can be preserved.

SOURCE OF MONEY:
I and some other high ranked Officers made some discoveries inside a bunker in the middle of a desert in Kabul before my exit to Ghazni, Afghanistan. This money is believed to be part of the financial back-up for terrorism purpose. We have discovered several bunkers with huge sum of money and tuned them (worth $26 Billion Dollars) to the Afghanistan government in the past. But; we noticed that the governments along with some other corrupt politicians do not declare these loots. Instead are diverted into their personal accounts for selfish reasons.
The total amount we discovered is approximately $182 Million. We (American Soldiers and Afghanistan soldiers in the operation) decided to share as the money as “War Loot” from which I was allotted $10.9 Million Dollars. At your acceptance with me on this deal, I will give you a video evidence of the discovery. So’ you will know that; there is nothing to fear in this proposal.

I cannot move this huge fund to my account in the United States to avoid interrogation or any kind of probation by the U.S Government. I packaged my share in a briefcase and have sent it to the Red-Cross Society, because there is no way I could keep it here.
With the help of a German contact' working with the UN here (his office is under Immunity) I was able to get the package out to a safe location. He does not know the real context of the package, as I have deposited the consignment as family valuables.

HOW DO YOU COME IN.?
Your acceptance to this would encourage me to send further information for us to proceed.
I believe that; such opportunities only come once in a lifetime. I cannot let this chance pass me by. For once I find myself in total control of my destiny. This chance won't pass me by.
I ask that you do not destroy my chance, if you give me a positive response, I will give you the relevant details and procedures towards this deal. I send you this mail not without a measure of fear as to what the consequences would be. But’ I know within me that nothing ventured is nothing gained. After all’ success and riches never comes on a platter of gold.

Do not betray my confidence. The president had said that; he wants to withdraw U.S Military presence from around the world, we don't know how certain this move would be' or if it's political. But' I am asking you to help me get the fund out of this zone and keep it safe until I have the chance to come over, just for me to be on a safer side with any decision he concludes at.

If you are interested to proceed with this proposal, please get back to me by saying yes “I am in” and also provide me with your ALTERNATIVE EMAIL as means of contact should in case I can't reach you through this email of yours. Waiting to get your decision. Thank you.

Yours in service,
Colonel Carol Tschida.

Thank you for responding to my email. I apologize to encroach into your privacy in this manner, I got your contact from a directory on the Internet here in Afghanistan. I find it pleasurable to offer you my partnership in business and I pray at this time that, your E-mail contact address is still valid. I know you don't know me. I know you can handle this money for me until I come over to meet with you, we can also build friendship with this transaction.
I lived in Lake Wales, Florida, before joining the Force.

You may be wondering why I choose to trust a delicate matter like this in the care of a stranger, but this is the best I can do in my present situation and I would have trusted this kind of project in the hands of my Husband who was my closest confidant, but I lost him to cancer on 20th June, 2006, 9 months after we got married. SOURCE OF MONEY:

I and some other high ranking Officers made some deal on oil business over here in Kabul before my exit to Ghaza, Afghanistan. The deal worth $132 Million U.S Dollars and after we all shared the money I later realized $10.9 Million U.S Dollars which is my personal share of the deal, due to my status as a US Colonel. I cannot move this huge fund to my account in the United States to avoid further interrogation or face any kind of probation by the U.S Government. I packaged my share in a briefcase and have sent it to the Red-Cross Society, because there is no way I could keep it with me here, so with the help of a German contact working with the UN here (his office is under Immunity) I was able to get the package out to a safe location entirely out of trouble spot. I send you this mail not without a measure of fear as to what the consequences, but I know within me that nothing ventured is nothing gained and that success and riches never come easy or on a platter of gold. Do not betray my confidence.
