subject: ASSISTANCE NEEDED FOR MY GRNDPARENTS
My name is Nicholas Saunders and I am presently engaged with the US Navy. While on leave I ventured to Winnipeg Canada to visit my Grandparents. What I was able to discover was deplorable!!!!!!
My grandmother, after going through a disastrous operation which as completely fouled up has spent the past six years in a completely inhuman state. She suffered from an annual prolapse and after this was discovered she had to wait 18 months before she was operated on. The prolapse went from the size of a grape to an enormous size compared to the size of a grapefruit and she was unable to get around without assistance.
At the time she was informed that she would be in the hospital for two days from which I was able to discover was the norm regarding this operation but she ended up staying in such for two weeks and in horrid shape with her pain level in a deplorable condition...and this continues to this time frame with little or no control being applied.
During my visit my grandfather was caring for her. He gives her two to three enemas per day and numerous prolapses in an attempt to control the bowel pain that is forever prevalent. He also attempts to control the numerous other medical problems that are a constant. His care for her is second to none and personally I do not know how he keeps up with such. Every night he assists her in getting to the bathroom; rubs down her cramping arms and legs; get her snacks and in general cares for her in a mannerism that is beyond reproach.
On top of this he takes care of the house work, does the cooking and in general does all the work related to caring for their apartment. My grandfather had a stroke 10years ago and then a massive heart attack seven years ago and is under doctors' orders to take it easy but when I questioned him concerning such...well I was bluntly informed that his main job in life is caring for his wife.
While I was there I took a close look at just what was being done concerning my grandmothers health and what I was able to discover totally, and excuse the English, PISSED ME OFF!!!!!!!
My grandmother was first diagnosed with a prolapse she had to wait 8 months before she was sent to the hospital to get it repaired. She was given excuse after excuse for the delays which I decided to look into and what I was able to discover showed just what the medical system was and their priorities where. When I tried to question the discoveries and approached the medical system concerning such I was completely run down for even questioning their system and especially the fact that I had investigated other medical patients where I was bluntly informed that I had violated """""PATIENT DOCTOR CONFIDENUALITY"""" and that I had ''''NO BUSINESS EVEN LOOKING INTO SUCH"""""
When she entered the hospital forger operation she was told that she would be there for two days. Two weeks later, after existing with extreme uncontrolled pain and a great difficulty trying to move, she was finely released. When she questioned the horrid condition that she was in she was brushed aside and bluntly informed that her condition was the norm when a person had an operation and with this she was dismissed from the hospital with subscriptions for medications to control her pain. Now after six years of constant and steadily recreating pain, and being shuffled from one doctor to another her life is in complete ruin. Not once did any of the medical staff ever question the results of her operation nor the fact that it had and was causing her problems.
It was then that my Aunt, a medical doctor practicing in the USA, took a close look at her files (My grandparents gave her permission in writing to do such). After reviewing her files and extended and numerous tests she came to the conclusion that the , what she preferred to as a vet not qualified to cook an egg let alone operate on a human being, so called professional who was highly acclaimed and promoted by the Manitoba Medical Society where it was bluntly stated that he never had a complaint concerning his professionalism before, has completely fouled up the operation thus leaving her in the condition that she was now in. She consulted, with the files and reports and the testing results done on my grandmother, with one of her close associates who was in charge of a medical unit in the US Army and he came to the same conclusion. When this data was presented to the Manitoba Medical Association it was bluntly discarded and coming from someone who did not have the experience, training or ability to register an opinion in this matter. When I told Dr. Fillmore or their report he bluntly stated and I will quote..""""IN CANADA YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR MEDICAL AND YOU GET EXACTLY WHAT """YOU""" PAY FOR...THAT ANYONE WITH A MINIMUAL TRAINING IS CONSIDERED A SPECILIST AND THE GOVERNMENT WILL GO TO ANY MEASURE TO PROTEC THEIR """""F**K-US"""" AND PREVENT ANYONE IN THE PROFESION FROM BACKING ANY COMPLAINT MADE AGAINST ANY OF THEIR SO-CALLED SPECIALISTS!!!!!!!
For the past week I have watched closely at my grandmothers' attitude and her total lack of life living in constant pain. When I questioned her usage of pain meds I was told that she was only allowed six pills per day and if, directly due to the level of pain that she is going through, she had to take more than such but the doctors constantly inform her that she is using too much....
In stating the above I would like...no I would like to demand...that Manitoba Medical either repairs the disgusting foul up that the surgeon did when he butchered her and if that is not possible then control her medical problems and give her a life away from the horrid problems and pain that is part of her existence. My grandmother, in a bout of pain, stated that she wanted to be put down in/as she could not live in the condition that she was in since she had her prolapse repaired. TO HER HER STATE SUCH TOTALLY DISGUSTEDME IN/AS PRIOR TOHER OPPERTION SHE WAS FULL OF LIFE AND A GREAT PRT OF THE FAMILY....NOW SHE EXIST ONLY WITH MY GRANDFATHER CONSTANTLY CARING FOR HER WHICH IS ALSO KILLING HIM!!!!!!!!! I just was able to watch a TV show """RE: DOCTOR DEATH"""and I got the feeling that they are basing such on the butcher who destroyed my grandmothers life
The second item is their expenses and the huge amount of funds that has to be paid out caring for my grandmother. My grandparents exist on their pensions re: $2750.00 per month which prior to my grandmother's being in the condition that she is in was sufficient for them to live on and they had a very good life. Then with the meds and different other items that are required to take and utilize their savings have been totally exhausted. Last spring, during my previous visit, I made applications with Manitoba Social Services trying to get hem some assistance with their expense's. When I inquired as to the outcome of such I found out that they had been denied across the board for such. Being an inquisitive person I decided to go undercover (Part of my military training is investigation work within the Navies NCI Services) to discover the reason for such denial. Again seeing and hearing what I was able to gather totally """"PISSED ME OFF""""" with one person, who I staged myself as a white evangelical Christian and against the Indians living in the city and stated my disgust at hem invading white man's land...well the person opened up to me and his response came out very plain and clear as to his, and from what I was able to discover his social department, attitude.
When he discovered that I was inquiring as to the funds being requested by this dam Indian (giving him my grandfather's name and the fact that he was a DAM INDIAN living off white man's labor and money) he bluntly stated that """THE LAZY DRUNKEN INDIAN SHOULD GET HIS ASS BACK TO THE RESERVTION AND TO STOP TRYING TO SCAM THE HARD EARNED FUNDS EARNED BY REAL CANADIANS"""""""
From my investigations I was able to discover that at every turn different excuses where """"DISCOVERED""" so/as deny him and my grandmother any form of relief. Further investigations showed that this was the general practice and that those who were able to get assistance in their time of need received only a small percentage of what a """WHITE CHRISTIAN WOULD RECEIVE IF THEY GOT ANYTHING AT ALL""""
Seeing the financial shape that they are in I went to the different family members so/as to see if they can assist them in any means possible. AND BY THE WAY MY GRNDFTHR HASNOT LIVEDON A RESERVE SINCE HE WS 11 YEARS OLD AND MY GRANDFATHER WORKED HARD AL LHIS LIKE MAKING A RESPECTBLE LIFESTYLE FOR MY FATHR AND MY WO AUNTS ONLY LEAVING SUCH WHENHE HAD A STROKE AND A MASSIVE HERT ATACK AND HE JUST CELABRATED 41 YEAR OF BEING TOTALLY SOBER..HE HAD HIS LAST DRINK AT 12:30 AM ON THE 13TH OF SEPT. 1980 WHEN MY COUSIN (HIS FIRST GRANDCHILD) WAS BORN AND A LONG TIME MEMBER OF THE A.A. PROGRAM..BUT HE IS KNOWN AND REFERED TO AS BY THE WHITE SO/CALLED CHRSTIANS AS A LAZY DRUNKEN INDIAN WHO SHOULD GET HIS DRUNKEN ASS BACK TO THE RESERVATION AND NOT TRY TO SCAM THE FUNDS OF HARD WORKING REAL KANADIANS!!!!!!!!BULL S*IT!!!!!!!!

This morning my father got a phone call from his landlord stating this rent was not paid. He contacted his bank and soon discovered that his wife’s Air Canada pension check was not placed into their bank account. After speaking to the bank manager they forwarded the funds to pay his rent which left them overdrawn by over $600.00. (Which he was informed that he would have to pay a penalty for) He also received communications that two other accounts had the same problems…..their automatic payment did not go through thus not paid.
I tried to contact Air Canada concerning this matter and it was bluntly stated that they had run into problems and that when such was cleared up she would receive her pension payment but in the meantime my grandparents are completely broke with no funds in their bank account and having such over drawn by over $600.00. The bank also stated that since their account was in arrears that they would have to pay a $50.00 penalty directly due to such.
I tried to contact MPI (Manitoba Pubic Insurance) and they stated very bluntly that if their account was not immediately paid that their car insurance would be cut off…….Welcome to FRIENDLY CANADA. From having my grandparents totally denied any forma of assistance in their time of need with my Father being bluntly informed to and I will quote…””””GET HIS LAZY DRUNKEN ASS BACK TO THE RESERVATION AND TO STOP TRYING TO SCAM YJE MONIES EARNED BY REAL HARD WORKING CANADIANS”””
My father worked hard all his life putting a roof over me and my two sisters heads; food on our table; enabling us to receive a first rate education and supplying the goods needed to make our life livable and he only ceased when he had a stroke and massive heart attack.

Friday night my grandmother went through pure hell with the pain that has ravished her body. I wanted her to take more pain meds but she stated that she only had 12 left to last her to the end of the month. Her doctor and the Manitoba Pain Clinic only allows her 6 T3'S per day and when she has to utilize more then she runs out and has to do without such......thus she has to try and exist with the pain without any means of controlling such.
In her tears she stated to my grandfather that she wanted to end it all.......that she could not take the extreme pain any longer.......and this brought tears to my eyes and a total disgust for the Manitoba Medical System. First she has a simple operation completely fouled up spending over six years existing with the disgusting conditions that she experienced after the BUTCHER who fouled up her operation and refused to except any fault concerning such.
HELL THE MANITOBA MEDICAL SYSTEM CLAIMED THE HE WAS A TOP RATED SURGEON WHO HAS NEVER HAD ANY COMPLAINTS WITH HIS WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!BULL SH*T!!!!!! With the limited ability that I have here in Canada I was able to discover eleven other women who have gone through the same as she has experienced but the BUTCHER NEVER HAS ANY COMPLAINTS WITH HIS WORK!!!!!!!!
Over the past six years, with my visited to my grandparents I have witnessed how she has gone completely downhill after her operation. Getting nowhere with the Manitoba Government I had my grandfather grant Dr. Bell (My Aunty) permission to view her files and she stated that the Doctor who had worked on her had completely screwed up and that everything in her lower body had fallen and was causing the problems. To get a second opinion she took her findings to the US Army Medical Office and after they were able to view the files that Pat was able to download they came to the same opinion.....THAT THE OPERATION WAS TOTLLY FOULED UP!!!!!!!!!
I was also able to discover that, directly due to her age, any rebuilding would not be possible and she would not survive such. Seeing this and after consulting with different healthcare professionals it was a common suggestion that the health care unit should attempt to make her life as comfortable as possible. Seeing such I demand that if the damages cannot be corrected then my grandmother is to have her pain properly controlled so/as she can have a decent life.....NOT EXISTING IN THE EXTREME PAIN AND DISCOMFORT THAT SHE HAS EXISTED IN OVER THE PAST SIX PLUS YEARS!!!!!!!!
My Grandfather bends over backwards attempting to make her existence as livable as possible. He is also physically handicapped but he never complains having taken on all the work running their home and caring for his beloved wife. Personally I do not know how he does such in/as he had suffered a stroke and a massive heart attack years ago and this has left him in a state that totally restricts his abilities but I have never heard him complain always trying to make my grandmother as comfortable as possible and keeping the home operational.
So please try and assist them in any measure that your department can do and get the low life SOBS in Manitoba Medical to get off their collective asses and have my Grandparents properly cared for.

For the past week I have watched closely at my grandmothers’ attitude and her total lack of life living in constant pain. When I questioned her usage of pain meds I was told that she was only allowed six pills per day and if, directly due to the level of pain that she is going through, she had to take more than such but the doctors constantly inform her that she is using too much……..
In stating the above I would like…..no I would like to demand…..that Manitoba Medical either repairs the disgusting foul up that the surgeon did when he butchered her and if that is not possible then control her medical problems and give her a life away from the horrid problems and pain that is part of her existence. My grandmother, in a bout of pain, stated that she wanted to be put down in/as she could not live in the condition that she was in since she had her prolapse repaired. TO HEAR HER STATE SUCH TOTALLY DISGUSTED ME IN/AS PRIOR TO HER OPPERTION SHE WAS FULL OF LIFE AND A GREAT PART OF THE FAMILY……..NOW SHE EXIST ONLY WITH MY GRANDFATHER CONSTANTLY CARING FOR HER WHICH IS ALSO KILLING HIM!!!!!!!!! I just was able to watch a TV show “””RE: DOCTOR DEATH””” and I got the feeling that they are basing such on the butcher who destroyed my grandmothers life
The second item is their expenses and the huge amount of funds that has to be paid out caring for my grandmother. My grandparents exist on their pensions re: $2750.00 per month which prior to my grandmother’s being in the condition that she is in was sufficient for them to live on and they had a very good life. Then with the meds and different other items that are required to take and utilize their savings have been totally exhausted.
Last spring, during my previous visit, I made applications with Manitoba Social Services trying to get hem some assistance with their expenses. When I inquired as to the outcome of such I found out that they had been denied across the board for such. Being an inquisitive person I decided to go undercover (Part of my military training is investigation work within the Navies NCI Services) to discover the reason for such denial.
Again seeing and hearing what I was able to gather totally “”””PISSED ME OFF””””” with one person, who I staged myself as a white evangelical Christian and against the Indians living in the city and stated my disgust at them invading white man’s land…..well the person opened up to me and his response came out very plain and clear as to his, and from what I was able to discover his social department, attitude.
When he discovered that I was inquiring as to the funds being requested by this dam Indian (giving him my grandfather’s name and the fact that he was a DAM INDIAN living off white man’s labor and money) he bluntly stated that “””THE LAZY DRUNKEN INDIAN SHOULD GET HIS ASS BACK TO THE RESERVTION AND TO STOP TRYING TO SCAM THE HARD EARNED FUNDS EARNED BY REAL CANADIANS”””””””
From my investigations I was able to discover that at every turn different excuses where “”””DISCOVERED””” so/as deny him and my grandmother any form of relief. Seeing the financial shape that they are in I went to the different family members so/as to see if they can assist them in any means possible. This morning my father got a phone call from his landlord stating this rent was not paid. He contacted his bank and soon discovered that his wife’s Air Canada pension check was not placed into their bank account. After speaking to the bank manager they forwarded the funds to pay his rent which left them overdrawn by over $600.00. (Which he was informed that he would have to pay a penalty for) He also received communications that two other accounts had the same problems…..their automatic payment did not go through thus not paid.
I tried to contact Air Canada concerning this matter and it was bluntly stated that they had run into problems and that when such was cleared up she would receive her pension payment but in the meantime my grandparents are completely broke with no funds in their bank account and having such over drawn by over $600.00. The bank also stated that since their account was in arrears that they would have to pay a $50.00 penalty directly due to such.
I tried to contact MPI (Manitoba Pubic Insurance) and they stated very bluntly that if their account was not immediately paid that their car insurance would be cut off…….Welcome to FRIENDLY CANADA. From having my grandparents totally denied any forma of assistance in their time of need with my Father being bluntly informed to and I will quote…””””GET HIS LAZY DRUNKEN ASS BACK TO THE RESERVATION AND TO STOP TRYING TO SCAM YJE MONIES EARNED BY REAL HARD WORKING CANADIANS”””
My father worked hard all his life putting a roof over me and my two sisters heads; food on our table; enabling us to receive a first rate education and supplying the goods needed to make our life livable and he only ceased when he had a stroke and massive heart attack.

Now directly due to my mother not getting her pension check, well the sh*t had hit the fan. Friday night my grandmother went through pure hell with the pain that has ravished her body. I wanted her to take more pain meds but she stated that she only had 12 left to last her to the end of the month. Her doctor and the Manitoba Pain Clinic only allows her 6 T3'S per day and when she has to utilize more then she runs out and has to do without such......thus she has to try and exist with the pain without any means of controlling such.
In her tears she stated to my grandfather that she wanted to end it all.......that she could not take the extreme pain any longer.......and this brought tears to my eyes and a total disgust for the Manitoba Medical System. First she has a simple operation completely fouled up spending over six years existing with the disgusting conditions that she experienced after the BUTCHER who fouled up her operation and refused to except any fault concerning such.
HELL THE MANITOBA MEDICAL SYSTEM CLAIMED THE HE WAS A TOP RATED SURGEON WHO HAS NEVER HAD ANY COMPLAINTS WITH HIS WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!BULL SH*T!!!!!! With the limited ability that I have here in Canada I was able to discover eleven other women who have gone through the same as she has experienced but the BUTCHER NEVER HAS ANY COMPLAINTS WITH HIS WORK!!!!!!!!
Over the past six years, with my visited to my grandparents I have witnessed how she has gone completely downhill after her operation. Getting nowhere with the Manitoba Government I had my grandfather grant Dr. Bell (My Aunty) permission to view her files and she stated that the Doctor who had worked on her had completely screwed up and that everything in her lower body had fallen and was causing the problems. To get a second opinion she took her findings to the US Army Medical Office and after they were able to view the files that Pat was able to download they came to the same opinion.....THAT THE OPERATION WAS TOTLLY FOULED UP!!!!!!!!!
I was also able to discover that, directly due to her age, any rebuilding would not be possible and she would not survive such. Seeing this and after consulting with different healthcare professionals it was a common suggestion that the health care unit should attempt to make her life as comfortable as possible. Seeing such I demand that if the damages cannot be corrected then my grandmother is to have her pain properly controlled so/as she can have a decent life.....NOT EXISTING IN THE EXTREME PAIN AND DISCOMFORT THAT SHE HAS EXISTED IN OVER THE PAST SIX PLUS YEARS!!!!!!!!
My Grandfather bends over backwards attempting to make her existence as livable as possible. He is also physically handicapped but he never complains having taken on all the work running their home and caring for his beloved wife. Personally I do not know how he does such in/as he had suffered a stroke and a massive heart attack years ago and this has left him in a state that totally restricts his abilities but I have never heard him complain always trying to make my grandmother as comfortable as possible and keeping the home operational.
So please try and assist them in any measure that your department can do and get the low life SOBS in Manitoba Medical to get off their collective asses and have my Grandparents properly cared for.

My name is Nicholas Saunders and I am presently engaged with the US Navy. While on leave I ventured to Winnipeg Canada to visit my Grandparents. What I was able to discover was deplorable!!!!!!
My grandmother, after going through a disastrous operation which as completely fouled up has spent the past six years in a completely inhuman state. She suffered from an annual prolapse and after this was discovered she had to wait 18 months before she was operated on. The prolapse went from the size of a grape to an enormous size compared to the size of a grapefruit and she was unable to get around without assistance.
At the time she was informed that she would be in the hospital for two days from which I was able to discover was the norm regarding this operation but she ended up staying in such for two weeks and in horrid shape with her pain level in a deplorable condition…..and this continues to this time frame with little or no control being applied.
During my visit my grandfather was caring for her. He gives her two to three enemas per day and numerous prolapses in an attempt to control the bowel pain that is forever prevalent. He also attempts to control the numerous other medical problems that are a constant. His care for her is second to none and personally I do not know how he keeps up with such. Every night he assists her in getting to the bathroom; rubs down her cramping arms and legs; get her snacks and in general cares for her in a mannerism that is beyond reproach.
On top of this he takes care of the house work, does the cooking and in general does all the work related to caring for their apartment. My grandfather had a stroke 10years ago and then a massive heart attack seven years ago and is under doctors’ orders to take it easy but when I questioned him concerning such…..well I was bluntly informed that his main job in life is caring for his wife.
While I was there I took a close look at just what was being done concerning my grandmothers health and what I was able to discover totally, and excuse the English, PISSED ME OFF!!!!!!!

When she questioned the horrid condition that she was in she was brushed aside and bluntly informed that her condition was the norm when a person had an operation and with this she was dismissed from the hospital with subscriptions for medications to control her pain. Now after six years of constant and steadily recreating pain, and being shuffled from one doctor to another her life is in complete ruin. Not once did any of the medical staff ever question the results of neither her operation nor the fact that it had and was causing her problems.
It was then that my Aunt, a medical doctor practicing in the USA, took a close look at her files (My grandparents gave her permission in writing to do such). After reviewing her files and extended and numerous tests she came to the conclusion that the, what she preferred to as a vet not qualified to cook an egg let alone operate on a human being, so called professional who was highly acclaimed and promoted by the Manitoba Medical Society where it was bluntly stated that he never had a complaint concerning his professionalism before, has completely fouled up the operation thus leaving her in the condition that she was now in. She consulted, with the files and reports and the testing results done on my grandmother, with one of her close associates who was in charge of a medical unit in the US Army and he came to the same conclusion. When this data was presented to the Manitoba Medical Association it was bluntly discarded and coming from someone who did not have the experience, training or ability to register an opinion in this matter. Any names of real people being used within the above information from this imposter is unauthorized and illegal. Do not provide this scammer any of your personal information. This email, and all of its content, are part of a fraudulent, criminal act and the only intention of the scammer who sent this email is to steal money from you and to obtain personal information leading to identity theft of the scam victim. If you received the same email (or one very similar) then stop all communication with the scammer immediately. All claims made within the email are lies fabricated by a fraudster and this criminal will never provide you any money, assets, investments, property, commodities, merchandise, employment, romance, or anything of value. Every email scammer uses a completely false identity, thus their names used in the email (and any company name, employment, occupation, street address and/or location information that they provide) is 100% fake. Any photos, scans of passports or other personal identity documents and/or any other documents (government, corporate, legal, financial, etc) or forms that they send to you are all stolen, fake and/or forged and the file attachments they send with their scam emails may also contain viruses. Also avoid all website links that any scammer sends to you because their websites are all fraudulent and may also contain hidden Malware, Trojans, Spyware and/or key loggers.
