Subject APPROVAL REQUEST FOR RELIEF AND REPLACEMENT FROM MILITARY TASK.

Reference: Dr. Matteo Olle Alvin (Code: USMT/YEM/511727/20

Hello madam,

It might interest you to know that the US Military Department usually
grants the request of foreigners. Thus, some soldiers on peace keeping
missions have developed the habit of asking their foreign relatives to
write letters to the US Military Department in order for them to be
exempted from the camp. I hope it is not for this reason that Dr. Matteo
Olle Alvin gave you my personal email address? I hope Dr. Matteo Olle
Alvin is not asking you to make excuses for him in order to be exempted
from the camp?

Anyway, your request will be approved. Dr. Matteo Olle Alvin will be
replaced with another Officer; but the Officer will not be sponsored by the
United States Military and Government. This means, an Officer can be
brought in from another camp to replace Dr. Matteo Olle Alvin in Yemen;
but since it is your personal interest and family affair, the financial
implications will be paid by you. That mean, you (as the signer) will pay
the replacement soldier a logistic fee so that he can leave his previous
Camp to Yemen.

We can replace Dr. Matteo Olle Alvin with a soldier from any of our other
camps. We will send a request to our other Camp' Commanders. Any of them
who is willing to send his Officers to replace Dr. Matteo Olle Alvin will
indicate by sending me a letter.

Fortunately for you, if they approve your request, I will send you an
email.

NOTE: Be rest assured that we shall forward a copy of this information to
Dr. Matteo Olle Alvin for clarification.

Thanks.

Yours Sincerely,

Mark A. Milley
General Officer Commanding,
United States Military Troops,

Please support our troops. We are the people. God Bless America.
