subject: I HOPE YOU ARE SAFE FROM THE OMICRON COVID
mailed-by: gmail.com

My full name is Gen.Joseph ..Mark 'm an Air force, a citizen of the United State of America, presently in Burkina Faso for a peacemaking mission where I was assigned for my duty and will finish my assignment soon and return home to my country. Nice meeting you, I hope you are fine and safe from the new Omicron Covid remember to take safety precautions 😷

I swore and took an oath to serve and protect the life of my country as a soldier, I hereby take the same oath with you, promise me to keep the secret between you and me? Can you assure me of your trust? I will tell you in detail and with it you can be very sure of my confidence in you as my best friend, I took the oath to protect the lives of civilians . I believe in supporting strangers more than people I know. That was why I contacted you.

I was among the first troops of soldiers that were sent to the World Bank Reserve Advisory & Management Partnership (RAMP), in Afghanistan 🇦🇫 During the war against Afghanistan.

We recovered $1.2billion in Gold and $300,000,000 million in cash from the World Bank Reserve Advisory & Management Partnership (RAMP), because of the large quantity of the fund and Gold my team and I decided to take some cash and Gold out for ourselves and share it.
I have $10.5Millions U.S Dollars and 1kilo of gold, here in a security company.

Due to the nature of my job and the tight government regulations towards international bank transfers. Now that I can contact you, I want to have the trust to share this secret with you.
I will need your help when I come to your country for investment.
I want to move this money and gold by diplomatic immunity courier service to your country. You will take 15% percent of the money that will be gifted to you for the service and keep the rest for my investment until I meet you there in your country once my mission is finished.

I know you will be very surprised but I have to deal with you because I don't have any other person in this world except my little daughter and she can not handle such a transaction.
Since I am still working for the government, I cannot keep or send this money to America for the time being because I don't have any trustworthy person to act as my next of kin, therefore, I just want you to act as my next of kin to receive it in your country. Honestly, if I fail to move this money as soon as I leave the country I will lose it all.
I want you to help me and keep the money until I come down to your country.
As you know because of the war in Afghanistan it is not possible to move such an amount of money out by bank transfer as the banking policy now is difficult and strict mainly since the crisis started. Hence, the only option is to send the money to you by a diplomatic delivery Security Company for you to receive in your country since it's much more secure and fast.

For me to expedite the necessary arrangements, I need your details like (1). Your Full Name, (2). Home Address or Office Address. (3). Your Mobile Number will be used to contact you when the diplomatic officer arrives in your country for delivery so that the security company will use them to register the consignment box as a family treasure. They will arrange the money as a package and declare it as diplomatic family valuables at the airport. They will deliver it to your address as I have agreed and arranged with them.

I will forward you all the necessary details when I get a reply from you and a call to show my trust.
