Following is an email that this scammer sent to another scammer. It is written in the Nigerian Igbo Pidgin English language and/or a style/dialect of English typically used by Nigerian scammers. Thus, it is very likely that this scammer is a Nigerian person:

Hello Dear,

I just came back from a mission from Damascus the capital city of Syria. I went there with my team of four soldiers to fight against Taliban insurgents who is disturbing the peace of the province. During this mission we came across a safe in a house inhabited by Taliban insurgents that contains clean and spendable $34.8Million US dollars. These insurgents use the money to buy weapons and ammunition with which they use for their terrorist activities against constituted authority and also destroy lives and properties here in Damascus Syria and other parts of the world. It is my duty as the commander of my team to declare or dispose anything recovered during our mission but after due consideration, I and my team agreed to share the money among us and it was done as we agreed. After the sharing of the money by me and my team, my share out of the total money we found was ($8,700,000) Eight Million, Seven hundred thousand United States dollars which I packaged in a safe deposit box and deposit it in one shipping company as a family treasure i did not declare it as money but as a family treasure. here in Camp Al-Tanf base Damascus Syria. where I am based. I plead with you to help me receive the boxes and keep it safe for me. I am willing to give you some of the money for your help and as soon as the box is delivered to you, I will apply for my retirement and after its approval, I will travel to your country to meet you so that I will collect the box, open it and give you part of the money while I take the remaining to start a new life with you my love not as a soldier anymore but as an entrepreneur. My love, please keep all our conversation as a secret between you and i so that we will achieve our goal of success.

Thanks, and i wait your quick reply.

Nicole.

My dear, the money is real and I told you the source of the money. If you keep my secret, I intend to use a diplomat to bring the money to your country without asking too many questions. What you need to do is trust and believe me. The diplomat does not know what the box contents, because I deposited the box containing the money in a security company as a family treasure. I did not declare it as a money and the diplomat will also bring it to your country as family treasure. If you agree with me, I will finalize all the plans with the diplomat who will deliver the money to you in your country, and again you have nothing to worry about, your own cut of the money as far as you help me receive and keep it safe i am assuring you of 30%of the whole money, and to forever be with you my love, that is a promise i am making to you this day.

You will need to send me your information so that I write a letter of authorization to the security company on your behalf, so that the trunk Box will be registered with your name in the security company as my foreign beneficiary to receive the box. . Once you have received the box, I will put my retirement letter to come and meet you in your country.

Complete data such as.

(1) Your home address ..............
(2) Your full name .................
(3) Your phone number ..............
(4) Your age .......................
(5) Your profession .................
(6) Your passport ID ...............

Best of luck.

Nicole.
