The funds was successfully paid out by World bank and the officials from the Ghana Government wants me to provide a secured and reliable person to receive the over invoiced payment which is 15million dollars and because of political problem in their country they want me to put the funds into investment and also myself i cannot bring this money into China and this is the reason why I need your assistance to receive the payment and advice me what I can invest this money into in your country .
