Please as we have told you in the previous mails we still want to
unavoidably reiterate that you cannot receive your approved funds
until you are able to come and sign some document in our payment
Centre in Texas so the ball is on your court earlier you come to our
payment Centre in Texas USA and sign for document of fund release the
earlier the release and remittance of your approved funds

As you may know this is what was resolved at the recently concluded UN
Assembly held in New York USA. Once again be it known to you that
before final release of your approved funds some documents need to be
sign by you with our payment Centre.
