Dear
ABOUT THE FUNDS
The amount of fund earmarked for charity and funding of a Foundation,
is not a one time spend fund. It is to be
placed in an account that will guarantee good interest (high yielding
account), where fraction of the fund could be
used annually or as occasion may demand, to help the needy in the society.
We have some more discussion on this aspect when we meet one on one in
a couple of weeks from now.
Analysis of the fund proposed disbursement is as follows. Please read
carefully for understanding-
Amount of fund to access and be received is:- £13,680,720.16
Out of this amount, 15% is earmarked for Charity services. 15% of
£13,680,720.16 = £2,052,108.00
Balance will be= £11,628,612.00
15%(£1,744,292.00) goes for funding of a Foundation in the name of the
Brown family's name (Alf Brown Foundation):
£11,628,612.00 - 15%(£1,744,292.00) = £9,884,320.00
£9,884,320.00 split into 2 (£9,884,320.00/2) = £4,942,160.00
Thus we would have the following:-
1. For Charity = £2,052,108.00
2. For Foundation funding = £1,744,292.00
3. For Lynn = £4,942,160.00
4. For Philip = £4,942,160.00
Total:- £13,680,720.16
===================
Translated in US dollar:
£13,680,720.16 = $17,400,000.00
15% of $17,400,000.00 is $2,610,000.00 (for Charity services)
$17,400,000.00 - $2,610,000.00 = $14,790,000.00
$14,790,000.00 - 15%($2,218,500.00) = $12,571,500.00
$12,571,500.00 split to 2 = $6,285,750.00
Thus we would have:
1. Charitable services = $2,610,000.00
2. Funding of Foundation = $2,218,500.00
3. For Lynn = $6,285,750.00
4. For Philip = $6,285,750.00
Total: $17,400,000.00
===================
Items 1 and 2 will be lodged in an account that will add value and
interest over time. From that account,
withdrawal could be made to help those in need around us far or near.
I would entrust that aspect to your arrangement and supervision.
Your opinion about this fraction will be welcomed and accepted.
I would like us to be mindful of the time difference between the
United States and the United Kingdom.
The difference between California, USA and London, England is not less
than 7hours. Our communication therefore
should take into cognizance this difference which may result in
delayed responses sometimes.
I reason that most times you would find my email or correspondence
from the bank waiting for you. I implore you
therefore to always look out for my email when you rise for the day's
activities.
We can take some steps further if you are ready to walk and work with me.
I wait to hear from you.
Hoping you'll have a great day ahead.
With warm regards,
Philip Twite
