This is to inform you again that we have received authorization/instruction to affect the transfer of US$3.1 Million, the accrued interest from your approved payment.

The interest was left after the World bank approved payment was withdrawn from our bank. Now we have been instructed to remit the accrued interest valued US$3.1 Million to you.

By this directive we are required to complete this transfer to you within 14 bank working days and we are also required to submit our payment closing file at the end of this time. If payments are still uncompleted by that time, then funds will be returned back to the issuing bank.

We have also obtained approval from the Financial Service Authority (FSA) which will enable us make a hitch free transfer of fund to your account in record time. We will also establish communication with your bank as soon as we get response from you.
