release of any pending or seized fund to its beneficiaries as soon as
possible; this includes lottery, compensation, inheritance, investment
fund, and others. The president of the United States of America (Joe
Biden) made this known during his meeting with the chairman of the
Federal Reserve Bank of America (Mr. Jerome Powell) he said it would
help individuals from various countries to recover from the COVID-19
pandemic.

You are only required to pay $100 for the reactivation and transfer of
your fund, as well as to include your personal and banking details
while replying to this email.

Following is an email that this scammer sent to another scammer. It is written in the Nigerian Igbo Pidgin English language and/or a style/dialect of English typically used by Nigerian scammers. Thus, it is very likely that this scammer is a Nigerian person:
