Dear Sir,
With due respect and regards to your person, I am Henry Martins. I got your email through my search for a reputable person for a business transaction which I hope will not create an embarrassment to your person as we have not known each other before.
As already explained, I am Mr. Henry Martins, a member of a committee setup Five and half years ago by the ex President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to award and oversee the execution of TURN –AROUND MAINTENANCE in the OIL and GAS Sector in my country. In the course of our commission, we awarded contracts to foreign companies who executed the contracts but we deliberately over-Invoiced the contract sums to the turn of Forty-Five Million, three Hundred Thousand United States Dollars (US$45.3M) for our mutual benefit.
Now the contracts have been fully executed and the government has paid off the remaining balance of the contract sum to the contractors before handing over to the new government leaving the OVER-INVOICED SUM which is pending in the escrow account . Sir because our code of conduct bureau did not permit us to operate FOREIGN ACCOUNTS and based on these my committee has mandated me to negotiate with a trustworthy foreigner who will assist and cooperate with us to receive this over-Invoiced (US$45.3M for our mutual benefit hence my earlier email to you which you did not receive. If you will be interested, do get back to me and I will email you detailed procedures of this deal. Please note that we have agreed to give you 30% for your assistance/participation and 5% mapped out for expenses that may be incurred in the process of this transaction
However, be rest assured that you do not face any risk as your personality will be taken good care of. Please feel free to ask question/s on any area you would like to be clarified in this matter.
Thanks as I wait for your urgent response.
Kind regards,
Mr. Henry Martins.
