Dear Beneficiary,

Due to humanitarian reasons and in sympathy with your situation, I immediately contacted the Prime Minister of Canada, Mr. Mark Carney, and explained the circumstances regarding your payment. After hearing your case, he personally reached out to Mr. Antony Iovida, CEO, requested that your payment fee be reduced from the original higher rate to US$50 to make it more affordable for you.

As a result, I am pleased to inform you that all fees and charges have been reduced to only US$50. This measure has been taken to help you afford the payment and receive your ATM Visa Card.

Please note that all documentation and proof related to your funds have been prepared, packaged, and sealed. They will be deliver to your address together with your Visa Card.

You are therefore required to purchase US$50 worth of iTunes Apple Cards or Steam Wallet Cards as the only payment necessary before your package is dispatched. This is the only charge you are required to pay. It has been agreed and documented in the Court of Canada that you will not pay any additional fees beyond this amount.

Kindly ensure that this payment of US$50 is completed today to enable the delivery of your ATM Visa Card. Once the payment is made, you will receive your funds and be able to share your success with your family and loved ones.

Please treat this as your final opportunity to comply. Failure to do so within two working days will result in the closure of your file, making it impossible to receive your funds in the future.

Your ATM Visa Card, valued at US$10.8million, has been awarded to you for investment purposes — to help ease economic hardship and support others in need.

Kindly proceed to purchase the US$50 iTunes or Steam Wallet Cards immediately.

We anticipate your prompt response.

Yours sincerely,
Fred Morris
