Dear Sir,
It's quite unfortunate that due to unauthorized emails and calls by a cabal in the financial industry, aiming at confusing your noble self, with the sole intent of discouraging you from prompt compliance to authorized Payment Directives/ Advise, that will ensure final and unconditional release of your funds to your Bankers,in conformity with International Standard on Diplomatic Payments. We are very much aware of the difficulties and complexities that have been associated with huge payments without desired results.
However,we have painstakingly studied the situation and proffered a permanent solution, that will ensure constitutional and timely release of your legitimate funds to your Bankers, without further hitches, hence, we advise that you disregard all for now and concentrate here for final resolution of issues militating on the constitutional release of your legitimate funds.
Trust that you will be happy and relaxed to do the needful that will ensure the final release of your funds to your Bankers.
Be content that I will release the modality to you, when I hear from you and you will discern the reality and wonder why this ideology was not proffered to you all this while.
Hoping to hear from you shortly.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Respectfully yours.
Richard Khan.
