The above listed internet domain names were/are all being used for fake and fraudulent companies relating to Russian oil scams. These fake companies pretend to represent oil storage facilities in Russia that are wanting to sell off inexpensively priced oil in large quantities.

This Russian oil storage scam typically involves the use of fake websites for various different types of imaginary Russian oil, energy, petrochemical and natural gas companies that claim to be located in the Kuznetsk Basin of Russia, which is also referred to as Kuzbass or Kuzbas. The scams may also involve the use of the Russian name Severny within their fake Russian oil company names. In some cases these scams also implement fake bank, fake law firm and fake shipping company websites as well and the basic premise of these scams is to convince victims to pay large fees in advance for non-existent oil and/or other energy related commodities.

Fake documents are typically sent to potential victims to make the scams more convincing. Advance payment or deposits in the range up to $150,000 are often requested by the scammers. The advance fee may also be proposed as some type of fraudulent government fee, licensing fee, tax, duty, insurance cost, etc.

These scams are another form of a non-delivery purchase scam where the scam victim sends money to a scammer in advance and in return for a product and then the victim never receives anything at all that was promised by the scammer.

Scammers often ask that the advance fees be paid by the victim via payment methods involving Crypto curency or via money trnasfer services like Western Union, Money Gram, World Remit or Ria Money Transfer so that, after the victim has been scammed, it becomes very difficult (or almost impossible) for the victim to ever get any of their money back from the scammer.

Many of the fake Russian oil company scammers also advertise extensively on websites such as Alibaba, Tradekey, Gmdu, Ec21, EcPlaza, and Tradeboss. However, legitimate Russian oil companies typically wont ever advertise online or on any these types of websites. So if you see an advertisement online from a Russian oil company then it is most likely a scam.
