We are extremely glad to receive your response indicating your interest to participate in "THE RE-BUILD IRAQ PROJECT". Highlighted below is a brief summary of "THE RE-BUILD IRAQ PROJECT" also attached in this email is the Iraq Reconstruction Management Office (IRMO) questionnaire again (we still have not received this questionnaire) this questionnaire is to be filled and signed, stamped and sealed by all prospective contractors.Please if you are still interested in participating in "THE RE-BUILD IRAQ PROJECT" ,we are resending this email and questionnaire again because we have had our companies and contractors database corrupted by a bug our apologise once again.

What is required?

Can your company handle large quantity/bulk supplies to Iraq? Have you or your company ever participated in supply contract jobs before and after the war in Iraq? If you have, then you may be a registered Contractor with Iraqi Government, if the latter is affirmative please simply send your company registration details and relevant documents for verification. However, If you have not previously done bulk supplies to the Iraqi Government and people here is the opportunity to get involved.

Overview of our responsibility.

The Iraq Reconstruction Management Office(IRMO) is saddled with the responsibility of sourcing for companies /individuals from around the world on behalf of the Government of IRAQ to supply various goods and Services to Government Establishments including Government - sponsored Multipurpose Co-operative Markets being currently set up all over all the provinces of Iraq under the " THE RE-BUILD IRAQ PROJECT ". Our responsibility is required by statute, to be carried out transparently within all arm-bits of our local laws here in Iraq and international laws. This Developmental Program " THE RE-BUILD IRAQ PROJECT " is worth a stunning US$100 billion - making it one of the biggest developmental projects in the world, our responsibility entails sourcing reputable Firms/Companies that can measure up with these bulk supply contracts both on a one off basis or concurrently ongoing basis for up to 5 years.

Current Situation.

As more contracts are being signed and projects drawn up, frenzied activities surround hundreds of projects, worth billions of dollars, and spanning every single sector of Iraq's rebounding economy. Benefits from all Iraqi sectors is set to increase the country's revenue generation potential, this is also bolstered by abundant oil and other natural resources here in Iraq, as well as the long-term commitment of global donors to the rebuilding effort which is extremely enormous and has the potential to revive all other major regional economies, despite the present security situation many businesses are already successfully gaining strong foothold in the large under-developed and investment savvy market. We at The Iraq Reconstruction Management Office (IRMO) are representing the Iraq Government in this re-construction effort in this project "THE RE-BUILD IRAQ PROJECT".

Scope of Products & Services Required.

The scope of requisitions of Products and Services being currently received from various Ministries ,Semi State Bodies and Parastatals is wide and can range from Heavy Duty Machinery, Heavy and Armored Duty Vehicles/Trucks to Furniture, Pharmaceutical Drugs, Food, Steel, Communication equipment, Info -Tech Equipment(hardware and software),heavy-duty Agricultural Equipment, Oil Servicing Equipment, food, Medical equipment, construction Equipment, General Services Providers in all works of life, Security Equipment, Professional Buying and Warehouse and Logistics Management Services among others. Bearing in mind rebuilding of Iraq is ongoing; a range of expertise is required in different sectors of the economy as rebuilding is vast and wide.

What is Next?

Please you are required to contact Professor Ali A. Sheriff the Head of Strategic Procurement /Sourcing Unit at the Iraq Reconstruction Management Office (IRMO) so he is aware of your interest in supplying your products / becoming a registered Contractor. Please note that final evaluation and registration of your company as a registered Contractor (where relevant) will be done in line with statutory requirements on behalf of the Iraq Government as a Registered Foreign Vendor(RFV)by the Iraq Reconstruction Management Office(IRMO) before payment of your contract will be finalized .You are now requested to fill and submit the Iraq Reconstruction Management Office(IRMO) questionnaire attached in this email and send/submit/addressed to Head of Strategic Procurement/Sourcing Unit of The Iraq Reconstruction Management Office(IRMO) via his email: strategicsourcingunit@iqrmo.com , this detailed questionnaire will allow the Iraq Reconstruction Management Office(IRMO) complete formal evaluation, create a profile for your company/Firm, match potential requisitions with your products and services in other to initiate invitation to your company to Bid , finalize and Award supply of your products if your company is finally shortlisted you may be able to secure bulk supply jobs within 7 to 21 working days of completion of this validation process.
