Hello,
Thank you for your prompt response and sorry for the late reply. Having read your mail with the offer and after proper evaluation with the sponsor, we are happy to make use of your services. The total price is okay with us too and the organization has decided to make payment to hold the booking. Their accountant will make 100% of the payment as instructed by our sponsor as we wish to conclude with every plan before the guest arrival in February but before its processed, I want to make a humble request on behalf of the Sponsor to entrust you on the funds and services.
A certified bank draft payment which is as good as cash will be sent to you and it will cover the total fee for your services. An extra amount will be added to the bank draft payment and it will take care of other expenses that will include a request for extra time etc. Also, take note that the certified bank draft from sponsor's bank will also cover the cost of other logistics that includes accommodation, transportation and covid 19 fees; understandably, this is not your responsibility, so as the arrival time nears, we will engage the services of an international logistics agent that would take care of that for us in your country. The reason is because a single bank draft payment will be drafted by the sponsor's bank to cover all the expenses they will incur before the guest's arrival and due to their busy / tight schedules as they need everything settled on the other side before arrival and okay. I will provide you with the logistics contact details as soon as we conclude with them and everything. The logistics Agent firm will give you an invoice for any amount they are to receive from you, if necessary, which is after the bank draft payment is verified and credited in your bank account. Any bank charges or tax from this arrangement should also be deducted from the bank draft payment.
In acceptance to this, kindly get back to me with the following information for the mailing of the bank draft payment to you:
(1) Your full name OR company's name as to be written on the bank draft:
(2) Valid address, city, postal code and country (for delivery of the bank draft):
(3) Office or Mobile telephone number (for easy communication):
(4) Estimated total booking cost (including VAT/Tax charges):
Please remember that this booking requires prompt response. I also hope that the guest gets good services from you on those dates.
Regards,
Mr. Wallace Ornstein P.
