Thank you for taking the time to view my property. I am a civil engineer, originally from the UK. I am looking for a responsible person who can take good care of my apartment. I am not after the money for the rent, but I want it to be clean all the time and the potential tenant to see the apartment as his own and I hope that you can send me some personal information about yourself. The apartment is fully furnished with all necessary amenities (just like in the pictures). It has a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There are two parking spaces, a storage unit where you can leave my furniture (if you don't like it and you want to use your furniture). Pets Allowed. The monthly rent for the apartment is 575 euros and also includes taxes, so there is no additional payment. I am looking for someone who rents between 3 months and 5 years or longer. The only problem is that I had to move my job back to Madrid, Spain, where I am now. The property is managed by Airbnb and takes over the entire rental process.
