I want to use this company for key exchange and also for the payment, so we can be both on the safe side.

Maximum satisfaction for both.
You cannot visit the apartment before my arrival in Germany because I have the keys with me.
After I receive the confirmation from Airbnb that the booking was done and the payment was received,I'll plan my journey, to come with the keys and the contracts.
It will take about 1-2 days to come in Germany.
Without your reservation completed and deposit done to Airbnb Company, I can't come to Germany only for some words...
I am going to explain the process in my next message if you are interested.
