This scammer is also using keys-administration.com as another fraudulent domain involved in this scam as phishing for the real FlipKey company website at flipkey.com. Eventually the scammer will ask you to contact flipkey@keys-administration.com to make you think you are dealing with the real FlipKey company on this rental scam when in fact it is a fraudulent domain and email address controlled by this scammer. If anyone ever contacts you using the domain name keys-administration.com in regards to an apartment rental then it is definitely a scam.
