Hallo,
My name is Mary, i wish to rent out a room in my well furnished
two-bedroom apartment. the apartment is situated at the second floor
of the building, the apartment has two bedrooms attached with separate
bathroom with toilet and a modern spacious kitchen (fit-in appliances)
such as central heating, gas, double glazing, dish washer, washing
machine e.t.c. the apartment is located at ( Erichstraße 4, 20359
Hamburg, Germany ) a room cost 400 euro per month and a caution fee of
600 euro, the caution fee is refundable when you are moving out of the
apartment.all charges are included in the monthly rent already so
there is no extra cost.
Viewing the flat will not be possible now because am not in Germany at
the moment.I left Germany for India urgently before the pandemic
started with the hope of coming back soon but right now the work has
taken me to stay long term that's why i have made up my mind to put up
my apartment for rent since i will not be around for the next
five-years (5 years). As i write to you now i am currently on my
first-timer start-up training. which i never knew will start so soon.
A room cost 400 euro per month and a caution fee of 600 euro, while
the entire flat cost 800 euro per month and a caution fee of 1000
euro, the caution fee is refundable when you are moving out of the
apartment.. for now i can only send you the flat pictures to see so
that you can have an idea of the flat. if this suite your need please
