Hi,
Let me explain to you the easy process of how to book the apartment and understand better how it works.
I will contact TripAdvisor and enable the apartment, i will pay the required fees and taxes and after everything is verified they will provide me with a link with the property, that can be accessed only to who i decide to forward it for an easy booking process and to prevent others from
booking it after it is enabled on the TripAdvisor platform .
A tenancy agreement will be made by me and I will come personally to hand over the keys, contract and of course show you the apartment, but not before the booking is confirmed.
In order to confirm the booking TripAdvisor will require a deposit of ( €1500 that represents 2 months rent upfront + 750 security deposit ) you
will receive the security deposit back at the end of the rental agreement . The total bill is therefore € 2250.
To start the transaction through TripAdvisor and to provide you with the link with your reservation I need the following information from you:
- Date you want to move:
- Period of time you want to rent the property:
- Number of people:
- Name :
- Surname:
- Phone number:
- Copy of ID / passport:
After I have your details I will add my apartment on TripAdvisor and tell them to start the booking process.
They will email you the link with the apartment to book it or if you want I will send you directly the link.
If you refuse the apartment, you are fully refunded the same day. I am under contract with TripAdvisor and they offer the best security methods
available.
You will have to do everything on their website. You have to specify the date you want to move in. From that point, all the reservations will come through and will be automatically canceled by the system.
That's simple it is (free of charge, I have already paid for their services and fees).
Thanks for understanding, Taeke

Hi again,
Thanks for your quick reply and you for your interest.
Now I can tell you something about me: I am 50 years old, I have worked as an engineer in The Hague and recently I decided with my family to return to England for children's schools and many other things. Currently I work on a big project in London.
We wanted to rent out the apartment the normal way, but we were very disappointed by two different persons that were not serious at all and wasted time, money for plane tickets and spent time in quarantine on the way back to home for nothing, so we contacted TripAdvisor and they have a special department for long time rentals that offers both of us safety and protection, plus guarantees and insure me of any damages done to the property for the fees and taxes that i will be paying when enabling the apartment on their website as available for renting for unlimited period of time.
TripAdvisor Company will require confirmation which is the first 2 months + 750 damage refundable deposit(which will be fully refunded when the rental contract ends). After these first months you will send the rent monthly directly to my personal bank account.
If you are a responsible and reliable tenant let me know and I will explain to you how we can move forward easily and securely with TripAdvisor.
I've invested a lot in this apartment and I'm sure you'll love it.
Best regards,
Taeke
