Good evening,
Nice to hear from you!
I am the owner of the apartment in Lorensbergsgatan 20, 411 37 Gothenburg.

Rooms: 2
Bathroom: 1
Area: 67 m

The monthly rent is 5700 SEK and only applies to long-term rentals, including all bills.
The apartment is in good condition, fully furnished, clean and ready to use. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The house has a refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dryer, iron, oven, toaster, coffee maker, internet connection and WiFi access.
We have had the house since January 2016 and we have been there until February, when my employment contract expired and we returned to London, UK.
The house has public transport nearby and not far from a shopping center, sports club and other amenities. Pets are allowed, but keep everything clean.
The house has a parking space. I have invested a significant amount in this house and would be very grateful if you treat it as your own property. I am interested in a long-term tenant who takes care of the property so as not to make money on rental income.
Due to my unexpected return to the UK, it was only a short time to find a reliable tenant. I have the keys. As soon as I find a reputable tenant, I will return to Sweden to show it and sign the lease.

Look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you for your time!

Thank you for your response!
The apartment it`s available for a long-term rent , so you can stay there how long you want , I accept to rent my apartment for 4 months.
As I mentioned in my first email, Spain, Madrid is my current place of residence. I am ready to travel as soon as possible back to Sweden to sort out the lease. I came back once already for a supposed tenant that realized he had no enough funds so I need to be sure before my coming and understand my proposal that is the way I entrusted Booking.com which offers a simple control process for owners and new tenants. They will check me as the owner of the apartment and you as potential tenant.

Here is a brief description of the process:
- As owner I need to submit to Booking.com information about rental agreement ,copies of some documents;
- After Booking.com accepts the transaction and complete the verification of the documents has to contact you as potential tenant and check if you have enough money to rent the apartment;
- After I receive the confirmation I get back to Sweden to show and sign the lease contract;

If you agree with the process, please provide the following information:
- Complete name of the future tenant;
- Current address ( street , city , country, zip code );
- Telephone number;
- I need also a copy of your ID or passport to complete the lease agreement

The price you shall pay for 1 month of rent will be SEK 7100 and I want also deposit SEK 14200 ( the deposit SEK 14200 you will receive back when you leave the apartment ), with no extra taxes to pay. The rent , I want to receive it monthly to my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem for you to wire the money .
When I have the details Booking.com will contact you but you need to be sure before my coming from Spain so it has to be fully interest from your side .
Looking forward to hear from you.

Thanks for your time!

The apartment is still available for a long-term rent and exactly as you can see it in the pictures, so you can stay there how long you want.
As I mentioned in my first email, Bromley, England is my current place of residence. I am ready to travel as soon as possible back to Germany to sort out the lease. The price you shall pay for 1 month of rent will be 800,00 € and I want also kaution 2400,00 € ( the kaution 2400,00 € you will receive back when you leave the apartment ), with no extra taxes to pay. The rent , I want to receive it monthly to my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem for you to wire the money .

Hey,

How are you today? I hope everything is alright. I got your details from my friend, he helped me post my property on facebook. Sorry for my late reply, but I've been so busy at the office and now I'm free.

Thank you for your interest in my property, which is still for rent. My name is Koch Johan Jorgen and I am the owner of the property at John Franklinstraat 38I, 1056 TD Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The pets are accepted, I have no problem with him, I love it!
For pictures check this link:
Due to the situation with the coronavirus, I notice that some people are struggling with work and money and I have decided to rent out my property below the market price at a valid fair price of 700 euros, including everything: utilities (electricity, water, gas, condominium, internet , 1 parking space, etc.). I would like to inform you that I need a deposit of 2 months in advance (the first month's rent and 1 month's guarantee that you get back at the end of the contract).

First of all I have a few questions:
- What's your name?
- Your job?
- What is your monthly income?
- Have you ever lived in a rented apartment/house?
- How old are they?

PS I am originally from the UK and my Dutch is bad!
Can you write English? It will be easier and better for me, otherwise I can use google translate.

Sincerely

---

Hallo,

Oprecht
