My Name is Henny, i received a message from you through
(WG-Gesucht.de), that you are interested in my late father apartment
at (Fedderstraße 6 79106 Freiburg im Breisgau Germany). The apartment
is a Well furnished Two-Bedroom Apartment everything you need is
available. The apartment is situated at the second floor of the
building, the apartment has two bedrooms attached with separate
bathroom and toilet and a modern spacious kitchen (fit-in appliances)
such as central heating, gas, double glazing, dish washer, washing
machine E.T.C. The Apartment is located at (Fedderstraße 6 79106
Freiburg im Breisgau Germany), A Room cost 400 Euro Per month and a
caution fee of 500 Euro, the caution fee is refundable when you are
moving out of the apartment.. All charges are included in the monthly
rent already.

Please with good understand Unfortunately viewing the flat will not
be possible now because I
am not In Germany at the moment, Due to i just lost my dad, who owns
the apartment, as such I have to travel down to India immediately,
left with no choice if you where in condition you will definitely do
same, because of the shock incident i took the apartment keys along
with the hope i will return back immediately, but right now i will not
be coming back anytime, my family said i have to stay back for a
while.

The property has been place on my responsibility, i wish to rent out
the apartment, you can rent a room in the apartment and you can also
rent the whole apartment

A room cost 400 Euro Per month and a caution fee of 500 Euro,
while the entire flat cost 800 Euro per month and a caution fee of 1000
Euro, The caution fee is refundable when you are moving out of the
apartment.. For now I can only send you the flat pictures to see so
that you can have an idea of the flat. if this suite your need

The apartment is a fully furnished two bedrooms and One shared living
room
with a guest bed for Visitor, One shared kitchen., each room has it
own private toilet and bathroom, you will only have to share the
living room and the kitchen with your flatmate. each room is 18mq.

Alright you can rent a room in the apartment also

Registration at the address is possible .. These are my flat pictures,
take a look and get back to me as soon as possible, if you like the
apartment and you are interested, I'll only need your details to
prepare a lease tenancy contract agreement which will be send to your
mail.. The lease tenancy contract agreement will be sent already
signed by me .. so that the stress will not be much for You .. You
will print, sign and scan it back to me, then you will make the
payment of the caution fee plus the first month rent to me here
through My Bank Account , after you make the payment . You
will come back to me with the scan copy of the receipt of the payment
which stand as a prove of the payment, and the flat keys will be
posted to you immediately through DHLcourier which you will receive
within 48hrs. after i post it from here....
