Here are some info about us also, my name is Lana Martinez, I am an architect and my husband is a travel agent, I am from Spain and he is from Germany.
My company has won an auction in Spain and we had to leave Germany for a minimum of three years.
We never lived In the apartment because we bought it for short terms rental and been in the Tripadvisor circuit from the beginning, but because we moved in another country and we can not manage this business from distance we are looking for an honest person that can take care of the apartment. As I said the cost of the rent is 570 EUR utilities included and the deposit is 1000 EUR. We can rent the apartment for a period of up to 10 years, depends on you for how long you want to rent it. Registration is also possible ( anmeldung ) .

Any names of real people being used within the above information from this imposter is unauthorized and illegal. Do not provide this scammer any of your personal information.
