The unit address is 224 E 85th St, New York, NY 10028. washer and dryer in the unit and there is one parking space. The unit is ready to move in or book as long as you want it. The monthly Rent is $1300 including utilities bills and refundable Security Deposit of $1300. The full interior pictures is attached for you to have an idea on how spacious the inside looks like. Finally pet are allowed and i'd like to know some information about the pet, I would like to know a little more about you, like how many people intend to live in the unit? and for how long.
If you really want to rent the unit you need to go through application processing . Please write me back if you really want to rent the unit so that i can send you the application and start the processing.
