Thanks for the email, I will try as much as possible to explain part of the requirement needed to rent the house, so please take your time to read and to avoid addressing same issue over again.
My name is LIONELL ROBINSON , i am renting out the house as a result of the new job i applied for Offshore in CALIFORNIA which i just got called up for and i am hoping to find a responsible tenant that i can trust with my property as i am not looking to move back anytime soon.
The property is located at 928 Barker Rd Sharon Hill, PA 19079 , the rent is $750.00 , the security deposit is $800.00, (which is refundable) and pets are negotiable but please no aggressive pets. ($250.00 per pets deposit) The home has 2 bedrooms ,1 bathrooms and 655 sqft .Tenants pay for all Utilities such as; water ,sewer, electricity and garbage.
Kindly tell me how you could take care of the house or perhaps the experience you have in renting house , also a little about yourself?
Also, i intend to handle the rental process myself instead of going through a Realtor company as I have had a number of not so pleasant experiences with them; all they care about is their fees.
You can go and drive by to see exactly how the house really looks and peek through the windows for a better view of the inside. I have attached interior pictures of the house to this email please check for attachment.
Lastly, i do not want to waste each others time in reaching a reasonable conclusion about this property so i hope we can converse in timely manner and reach a conclusion soon enough and also if you are willing to work with my situation, please let me know so that we can discuss the rent further, thank you.
YOURS SINCERELY.
