Hallo

The Apartment is located at ( Eisenbahnstraße 20 10997 Berlin Germany)
all charges such as electricity, internet, cost of gas and water. are
included in the monthly rent . a room cost 350 Euro Per month and a
caution fee of 550 Euro while the entire flat cost 700 Euro per month
and a caution fee of 800 Euro, The caution fee is refundable when you
are moving out of the apartment.. The apartment is situated at the
second floor of the building.

I am Eunice. i just got a Job here in Indian, as one of the
administrators in Bharat Petroleum Gas Company, Due to my urgent
relocation before the word pandemic, (Covid 19), i wish to rent out
my Well furnished Two-Bedroom Apartment, the apartment has two
bedrooms attached with separate bathroom and toilet and a modern
spacious kitchen (fit-in appliances) such as
central heating, gas, double glazing, dish washer, washing machine . .

You can also rent a room in the apartment .

Viewing the flat will not be possible now because I have the flat
keys here with me and am not in the country at the moment , I just
relocated here in Indian few weeks back due to my new Job. As i
write to you now i am currently on my First-Timer Start-Up training.
Which i never know will start so soon , I left Germany urgently with
the hope of coming back soon but right now the work has taken me to
stay long term under contract agreement, that's why I have made up my
mind to put up my apartment for rent. For now I can only send you the
flat pictures to see so that you can have an idea of the flat. if
this suite your need please reply to my e-mail.
