I have deleted my advert on WG-gesucht.de due to so many applicant's mails and I decided to write you back.

The apartment is furnished with comfort sofa in the living room and bicycle store, it is for long and short term stay.

The room is 20qm with separate bathroom/Toilet and a modern kitchen fit-in appliances central heating, gas, double glazing, dish washer, washing machine.

The location is quite central and very well connected, with subway, tram, and suburban train all within a ten minute walk. The beautiful Malls can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. There are several good shopping around the corner.
Also nice bars.

Monthly rent (All inclusive)- 350€
Deposit fee (refundable)- 1000€

Power, internet, cost of gas and water are included in the monthly rent.

Die Wohnung ist zentral geheizt und modern eingerichtet.
Die 20qm zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet hat wlan internet
Die Wohnung selber ist schön geschnitten, dein Zimmer grenzt an das
Wohnzimmer mit großem TV, Esstisch und Sitzecke.
Die Fenster sind sehr gut gedämmt, geschlossen ist die Lautstärke kein
Problem.
Die Küche ist mit einer Einbauküche ausgestattet (inkl. Geschirrspüler und
Kühlschrank).
Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Tisch mit 8 Stühlen, im Badezimmer ist ein Spiegel
vorhanden, ebenso ein Waschbeckenunterschrank. In der Kammer befindet sich
ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank.
Das Bad hingegen ist schön groß mit einer Fensterfront und einer Duschwanne

Der lage ist eine ideale Wohnlage. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafes und

im mit zahlreichen Bars, Clubs und Flohmärkten, Kunsträumen, Galerien etc.

Falls du denkst, dass es passen könnte, ich kann schreibe informationen
etwas über Mein Person.
