Dear

Thanks for your response. Although we just met through the internet,it sure still remains the easiest way to get acquainted with people, make new friends and learn other cultures. However I just have this belief that fate and nature took its course in our new found friendship. I could not agree less that we could be one of the living testament that when fate happens, it happens right as I do believe in fate connecting people.

About the project, the company where i work is open to accept bids/quotations from prospective suppliers in your country who will handle the supply of some raw materials we source locally from there that we use for the production of our company products such as toothpaste, shower gels, mint teas. As I noted in my previous email, this may not be your area of specialization but it will be another opportunity to generate extra income outside your profession without interference with your current job.

I found a manufacturer that is selling this raw material needed by my company for $60 per KG and they can supply the raw material to my company but I didn’t inform my company procurement director yet about the manufacturer that I found that sells cheaper. I maintained an arm's length between me and my company and the new manufacturer. This is because I figured out this could be an opportunity for me to generate extra revenue through the supply but I need you as my middleman.

I would like to submit a bid to my company proposing to supply the raw material at $150 USD to my company and you will act as a front local seller or agent/broker that can supply the raw materials to our company at the rate of 150 USD. Once my company pays you upfront at the rate of $150 USD, I will direct you to the new manufacturer that sells the raw materials for $60 per KG, then we place an order and supply the raw material to my company.

We would be making a good extra profit when my company pays you to supply a larger quantity like 4000 KG of the raw materials which they always need every now and then for production of our company products. I work for the company as a research assistant and I can't handle procurement contracts as a staff and I don't want my company to have direct contact with this manufacturer that sells the raw material cheaper so I seek your consent to submit a bid/quotation so you act as a front and help execute this project and hand me a commission after my company pays you.

The good thing is that this will not interfere with your current job, you will handle the supply remotely from there as I will direct you to contact the manufacturer once my company pays you. What are your thoughts on my proposal? I would like you to read my message very well and let me know if you have any questions, I will give you more details.

I await your reply

Dear

Good to hear from you again my new friend. I would like to give you further details. The raw material our company needs is a pressurized zingiber Herbal Extract MT 26 degrees centigrade= 6.54 result, which are normally extracted from ginger roots, almond extracts as well as turmeric and aloe Vera extracts. Our company purchases at least a minimum of 3000 KG to 4000KG of this raw material frequently, every quarter (4 months) regularly to meet up with production of our company products.

The wholesale price of the manufacturer that I found is $60 USD per KG inclusive of shipping. So we can apply to supply the raw material to my company at $150 per KG. I'm optimistic the price will attract the interest of our company director because our previous supplier used to supply to my company at the rate of $190 USD per KG. So I strongly believe that my company procurement director will like to buy from a cheaper supplier based on discount.

We would be making $90 profit on each KG as we will be getting the raw material at $60 per KG wholesale price direct from the manufacturer. If you multiply $90 profit from each KG by 4000 KG you would understand that we would be making good profit if my company pays for larger quantities like 3000 KG to 4000 KG because we will get the supply directly from the manufacturer at $60 per KG.

This is a good opportunity to earn extra good income, I wouldn't want to miss this chance hence I thought we could partner and submit a bid/quotation to my company proposing to supply the raw material at $150 USD per KG and you will act as a front local seller or agent/broker.

As soon as you are paid upfront by my company for the supply at the $150 per KG agreed price in the bid/quotation, I will give you contact details and email of the manufacturer that sells the raw materials for $60 USD to place an order and instruct them where they will deliver the order to, which is my company address.

I have been working in this company ( https://covancelaboratoriesltd.com/ ) for a very long time,I can send you my staff ID for your perusal. However I do understand the modalities associated with our supplies, so be rest assured of transparency and there is no risk involved. Your presence is not needed as it's just a manufacturer agent duty, which can be achieved remotely from there with my direction so it will not distract your current job. If they review and hopefully approve the bid/quotation, they will contact you through email then you inform me and I will guide you through the entire process.

The first step to take is for me to prepare a bid/quotation and submit to my company procurement department on your behalf as a prospective supplier. But before I submit the bid/quotation, we have to agree for you to give me some % commission from each $90 profit we make from each KG whenever my company orders 4000kg. I want you to also assure me that you will be honest with me as your business partner.

Please I appreciate it if you can let me know your interest so we can discuss further steps.

I await your reply
