Hello

I'm sorry for the late response, as the CPO had other suppliers bidding for the same contract.

Zigrovin Herbal Extract ZV 007 is used in suppressive drugs for HIV, yielding good analytical results, and has been proven to be a potential cancer remedy as well as aiding in the treatment of tuberculosis. The Zigrovin Herbal Extract ZV 007 is a new and rare cold-pressed and pressurized raw material needed for the manufacture of many life-saving drugs. It is a rare herbal mixture crafted from select organic plants, nurtured under optimal environmental conditions, to achieve exceptional results after careful processing.

Our company is seeking a supplier to provide pressurized raw materials for the production of various life-saving medications.

The Zigrovin Herbal Extract ZV 007 will be exported to the United Kingdom, where our pharmaceutical company is located. We lost our supplier of this raw material last year, which has hindered our production.

I have identified a local dealer who can supply us with this product.

Your role: You will act as a local seller and supply our company at a rate of US$21,000 or less. This will attract the attention of our company director, encouraging purchase at this rate instead of the previous US$22,000. The dealer is offering it at a much lower rate of US$9,000 per drum, which is significantly cheaper than our previous costs.

Handling procurement contracts is outside my scope, so I am seeking your consent to act as an intermediary and help execute this project, in exchange for a commission.

Before I direct you to the CPO and share more details, we will agree on the commission I will receive if the contract is successful, and after the supply. I propose a 20% share of the profit after the deal, which I would like to take as my commission. If you agree, I will draft an MOU for us to sign, binding us legally. Please send me your full name and address so I can prepare this document.

Upon your agreement to share 20% of the profit from each barrel purchased at US$12,000, I will introduce you to our procurement department.

Here is the supply chain breakdown:

- 700 barrels x US$22,000 = US$15,400,000 (paid by my company)
- 700 barrels x US$9,000 = US$6,300,000 (actual product cost)
- Total profit per delivery = US$9,100,000

Before I arrange a contract bid, I want us to sign an MOU confirming that I will receive 20% of the profits from every payment made by Durham Pharmaceuticals Limited.

Breakdown:

- Profit: US$9,100,000 per annum
- My 20% share: US$1,820,000 per annum
- Your 80% share: US$7,280,000 per annum

The Zigrovin Herbal Extract ZV 007 is qualified for export and poses no risk to the government or humans; the deal is 100% legal.

I hope the proposal is clear, and I look forward to receiving your details for the MOU between us. Once our agreements on the commission and your address are settled, I will prepare the MOU and advise you on the next steps.

Best regards,
Roy Green
