Attn: Consignment Owner,

I am Mr. Kenny McDonald, Chief of the Inspection Department at John Glenn Columbus International Airport, Ohio. I am writing to inform you about the outcome of a meeting held at the United Nations headquarters in New York on June 26, 2025, involving the United Nations Security Council, E.C.O.W.A.S, and the World Bank concerning your two trunk consignment boxes (Consignment Number: HK793/DXX692). These boxes were withheld at our airport by U.S. authorities.

The meeting concluded with an official directive from the United Nations, E.C.O.W.A.S, and the World Bank, instructing our airport to release your consignment unconditionally. My office has been authorized to carry out this task.

Your consignment file and supporting documents have been submitted to my office. Upon inspecting your two trunk consignment boxes, I discovered they contain cash funds amounting to US$4.5 million and US$4.8 million, respectively, totaling US$9.3 million. Each box weighs approximately 35 kg.

You are required to come to our airport to collect your consignment from my office.

Please reconfirm your personal details in your response.

Thank you, and I await your prompt reply.

Yours faithfully,

Mr. Kenny McDonald
