Dear friend. Honestly and respectlly. I'm hereby today to let you know that I have successfully make the delivery to get in end, but the only serious issue that hold me right now to prove myself is for you to send the money so that I can completely make the delivery done for you because I have guaranteed know that you will not be able to pay any more money after this one okay......

Secondly: I swear to Almighty God who created heaven and earth that you will not pay any more fee again rather I will pay it and repay you your money back to you. So that is the only guarantee and assurance for you to know okay..

Note: Nobody else can deliver your ATM card to you rather than me here so you have to trust my word and send the money so that I can make the delivery for you.

Finally: Mr Christopher Wray has been aware about this issue, so he have authorized that you will not pay any more fee again after this one. And bank has signed and approve that no more fee again so you have to believe that you will get your ATM card after this money okay....

Thank you and stay blessed.
I will be looking forward to hear from you after you receive this email/message okay
