My Dear,
It Is not longer news that Russian has been bombarding my country Ukraine with all kinds of missiles including hyper-sonic warfare. We have no escape route because of Putin's war crimes / inhuman treatment of the people of Ukraine.

In-case I did not survive this war, as no top Government officials of Ukraine are allowed to leave the country. I have resolved to relocate my family funds for security reasons, hence I'm soliciting your urgent assistance to help me receive the funds for the future investment for my family, should I not survive in this war, which we don't know the end time. .

Please revert if you would help me with assurance that you will protect my name and maintain utmost confidentiality. I will give you more information on how to receive the funds once I hear from you.

Please remember Ukrainians in your daily prayers

I await your urgent reply

Cordially,

YURIY AKINSHYN
Executive Chairman
State Property Fund of Ukraine
