Thank you for your thoughtful and professional response. I appreciate the care you are taking to ensure due diligence and transparency, which I fully respect and support.

To address your concerns and facilitate a comprehensive and verifiable review process, I would like to propose a face-to-face meeting in São Paulo, Brazil. My duly authorized representative will be available to meet with you in person at a time convenient for you. During this meeting, all relevant and necessary documentation will be formally presented for your review, discussed in detail, and, where appropriate, executed. This will include the full set of documents relating to the foundation, governance and oversight structures, authorization instruments, and the proposed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

We believe that an in-person meeting is the most effective and appropriate way to handle a matter of this nature, given its importance, sensitivity, and humanitarian scope. A face-to-face engagement will allow for direct dialogue, immediate clarification of any questions, mutual alignment on expectations, and a clear demonstration of good faith on all sides. It will also ensure that all parties are fully comfortable with the objectives, responsibilities, and accountability mechanisms associated with the charitable project and the proposed project manager role.

Kindly let me know your availability and preferred dates for a meeting in São Paulo. Upon receiving your confirmation, my representative will make the necessary arrangements and travel plans to meet with you accordingly.

I look forward to your response and to continuing this discussion in a transparent and constructive manner.

Yours faithfully,
