Greetings from Indonesia,
I got your contact from the web. I am writing to explore an opportunity for an investment collaboration with you.
I am specifically looking to invest in your country and would like to know we can collaborate to achieve this objective. My specific interests primarily lie in innovative real estates. I am interested in both implemented building projects and projects to be implemented. The same applies to apartment buildings (with property management), and lands (with property management). I will consider projects with good investment value and return. Hostels, condominiums, offices, residential buildings, and lands will all be interesting to me.
I am also open to any other suggestions you may have, as diversification of the investment portfolio is very important to me in order to minimize risks. You will be solely responsible for running the operation as the investment owner. The capital will be invested, supervised, overseen, and managed by you for the mutual benefit of both parties.
To provide some context, I am considering a long-term investment of approximately 9.5 million dollars (USD).
To ensure a constructive discussion, I propose to arrange a meeting in your country as soon as possible, ideally towards the end of March or April. Before our meeting, however, I plan to arrange the transfer of the investment capital to you.
Rest assured that the said funds come from completely legitimate and verifiable sources. However, due to the strict monetary regulations in Indonesia, my home country, I have to rely on my bank to securely handle the transfer of these funds to you.
It would be useful if we sign a Letter of Intent (LOI) as a preliminary agreement. This document will serve as a basis and reference for our cooperation. With your approval, I can draft the LOI and send it to you for review. We can sign this document via email as a preliminary agreement until we can meet in person in your country to officially sign the final agreement. Once we sign the LOI, we can proceed with the transfer of the capital to you. After that, I will travel to your country to meet you.
I look forward to the possibility of working together.
Best regards,
Mrs. Asmawati Lenggi.
