Hi,

Thanks for your interest in my Joint Investment Proposal, my name is Engr. Horst Dieter, having previously spent Six (6) years at the United Nations (UN), this is my 27th year as a staff and 9th year as the Director of Projects procurement and Contract related matters at the European Union (EU), I am currently on a EU/UN Humanitarian assignment as a remedial and risk expert in Syria and I hope I can rely on you to play a joint partnership role.

As one who has held such top positions at both UN and EU, I was able to make an accumulated fortune in the excess of €11,800,000.00 (Eleven Million Eight Hundred Thousand Euro) and because these funds outweighed my estimated earnings, I decided to deposit it in a suspense account at one of the leading Financial Institutions where it has remained untouched for over five (5) years under the guise that the funds actually belonged to my "Foreign Investment Partner". Now the Financial Institution has notified me of the need to either come forward to claim the funds or present to them my "Foreign Investment Partner" to receive it.

This is the reason I have come to seek your partnership to enable me present you to the Financial Institution as my Foreign Investment Partner to receive and invest these funds on any business of your choice that would guarantee good Returns for the both of us and i'm offering you 40% of the total Investment/Funds for your role and partnership.

This transaction is completely legitimate and my lawyer would secure all the Legal Documents that would protect and give us the right Legal backing.

Now that you have a better understanding of my proposal and my reason for seeking your partnership, Please indicate your interest with answers to the following questions:

(1) Are you capable of claiming and investing these funds?
(2) Do you have any experience in Business/Investment? (if yes please specify).
(3) What Business do you have in mind when you receive this funds?
(4) Can I trust that you will not betray me in Future?
(5) Your Country

I look forward to your positive response.

Horst
Together we can.
