Dear Friend,
Thanks for responding to my inquiry my previous message was about a business partnership. It`s simple, safe and has no risk at all and i believe its something you can handle. All you have to do is follow my instructions. I also want to assure you that this transaction will be concluded within five working days from the day of the commencement as long as you can process and work fast. Let me start by introducing myself, I am Ms Margaret W H Kwan, a director & Deputy Executive of Hang Seng Bank LTD. Hong Kong and financial consultant to many international banks. I have outlined the detailed story of how this transaction came about and I got your email address discretely from a reputable business / professional directory of your country with assurances about your trustworthy and reliable nature while I was in search of someone to partner with me on a very confidential business transaction. Please read carefully. Before the start of the syrian civil war, our client General Assef Shawkat who was with the syrian Government made a numbered fixed deposit for 8Years (96 Calendar Months), with a value of Sixty Million Dollars (USD) only in my branch.
Upon maturity several notices was sent to him, without any response. We later found out that General Assef Shawkat along with his wife and five children had been killed during a bomb blast that hit his Resident. The last time he was at my office i reminded him of the need to add a next of kin to his file, he informed me he has no reliable next of kin for now and will come up with one soon, as it turned that he never did.So, Sixty Million Dollars is still lying in my bank and no one will ever come forward to claim it, except i make an arrangement for a next of kin. What bothers me most is that according to the laws of my country at the expiration of 8 years (which means the present govt during the time of deposit will not claim the funds) the funds will revert to the ownership of the Hong Kong Government if nobody applies to claim the funds. Against this backdrop, my suggestion to you is that I will like you as a foreigner to stand as the next of kin to General Assef Shawkat so that you will be able to receive these funds.
Considering the money involved, and due to the nature of this transaction, I want to be sure that you are ready, to execute this transaction with me, What I expect from you is trust and commitment, I want this large sum of money transferred with your assistance and you should have nothing to worry about regarding legality at all, because whatever affects you as my partner will also without fail get back at me too. I will advise you to follow my directives wholeheartedly as everything will be done in accordance with all international banking laws, and as a banker I know that if we follow up this transaction diligently and work closely together it would be completed within 5 days. Although this project is capital intensive, I would take care of the expenses with regards to the lawyer that would provide all legal documentations for this transaction, in the event that your assistance is required financially, i will notify you and hope you will honour such request as my partner. Once again be rest assured that you have nothing whatsoever to worry about.
Mind you, we will share the proceeds of this deal in a ratio of 60% for me and 40% for you. Kindly send the following information: your full name, present address, age, phone and occupation, alongside any form of identification (DRIVER'S LICENSE OR INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT) to enable the attorney prepare the application for funds release and some other documents which you will be required to fill and sign, so he can officially tender the application acting on your behalf ( next-of-kin ) in processing same before the funds can be approved for transfer. I await your prompt reply on this, God bless you.
Kind Regards,
Margaret W H Kwan
