Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Dr. Naeem Abdurrahman, I saw your contact and had confidence
that you can handle this transaction. This is not an online transaction,
it is a transaction that requires both parties to meet and discuss in
detail.
I had a friend (Mustapha Khattabi), but died in the cause of this Syria
civil war, his assets and funds of 75 million USD, was inherited by his
Son (Musba Khattabi) of 25yrs.
The funds are in a bank and have been in the bank for almost 6 years,
Musba Khattabi contacted me, to help him search for a financier/investor
to claim the funds from the bank and to invest the funds into any
lucrative business. I am a scientist and if I invest the funds on
Science, it cannot generate monthly returns or annual returns. I would
crave your indulgence to take possession of the funds, the funds are
legal and free from all encumbrances and If you concur with this
proposal, I intend for you to retain 20% out of the total sum of 75
million USD. I will provide you with more details and also introduce you
to Musba Khattabi.
Therefore, in order to proceed, you are to send me your complete names,
address and what kind of business do you intend to invest the funds in.
I await your reply.
Best regards.
Dr. Naeem M. Abdurrahman
