Thank you for your email,

We are concerned about the $12.8 million dollars owes you by the government.

My client (the buyer) has shown interest in buying the sum over and pay you outright once we have agreed to terms. My client would pay you off in USD, while he will use his top profile connection to get the funds locally here which he uses to finance road construction projects within Nigeria and West Africa.

We have done some verification with some government agencies and my client is ready to pay. One of The first step is that you need to send notification to the head of 2 government institution notifying them of your intention to sell the funds to my client. Secondly, you need to raise a 30 days bank guarantee to my clients bank.

So first of all, you need to get back to me indicating your acceptance to sell and then we take conversation further from there.

I wait to hear from you.

Thank you.

Lionel.

Thanks for your email.

The contract in question is NPA/FEM/321082/09 valued at $12,800,000.00

This is different from the Facebook ATM or Wal-Mart card. If you have more details on this, you can let me know.

However, my client is ready to pay and take over the contract as stated above in this mail. There are procedures to be followed. Later today, I will send you a letter you need to send to the government officials to notify them that you are about to sell the contract to a third party.

When this is done, the next is for you to provide a 30 days bank indemnity to my client. Once the guarantee is confirmed, my clients bank transfers today value to your account.

It is simple, if you can focus, we can finish this before Tuesday next week.

I wait to hear from you soon.

Lionel.

As a follow up to my last email, kindly type this letter below on a paper/letter head, sign it and scan it to me. I will get an attorney to file it at the office of the governor of the central bank.

Regarding the fiduciary indemnity, what are you doing about it, can you get a fiduciary trustee in and around your location?

I wait to hear from you soon.
